This is going to be tough as the issue is complicated and the answer would be really hard to dig up, if there ever was one, it would be really complicated too that’s why not many people will mention this subject/question when they talk about weight loss cuz lets face not many would gain anything from running around in circles and confusing the hell out of people just to sound smart lol.
I’m different though I’m sure you all know that by now really
I’m gonna attempt to tackle material, that not many are willing to tackle, head on just for the sake of it.
No seriously though I would like to help people make better informed decisions about their lives because lets face good intentions will not always get you to where you want, we can’t be ignorant to what really happens inside of our organs and just hope that we will get to what or where we want. I know that no one is capable of finding everything about human physiology and I will be the first to admit that it is complicated really complicated even for me
Anyway lets try to answer this question
I have always favored exercise over diet I never liked dieting and never will but my opinion has changed drastically over the years and I have grown to respect dieting more and more as they years went by… with that being said what most people view as dieting is not really dieting at all the diets that I see people following are nothing short of ridiculous and they can be damaging on many levels even if they help you lose weight really so in this post when I say dieting I’m gonna be referring to what call diet not what other people do because I call that suicide, torture or just plain insanity (please don’t confuse the two)
If I was gonna answer the question I wouldn’t say dieting or exercise is more important than the other of course that doesn’t mean that they are both equals because they aren’t.
Now some of you would wonder if neither exercise or diet is the most important factor in losing weight then what is?
